Many studies have demonstrated that a sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of diabetes. Conversely, increased physical activity can lower blood sugar levels in persons with diabetes.

    1. Kung mataas ang asukal sa dugo, lumalabas din ang asukal sa ihi. Kung nilalanggam ang underwear, maaaring dahil ito sa ihi na maraming asukal at puwede nga itong sign ng diabetes. Mainam na magpasuri ng dugo upang makatiyak kung may diabetes. Maaaring magpakuha ng fasting blood sugar o FBS.
